Crafting Time: 3–5 working days
Shipping Time: 2–3 working days (via reliable courier services)
Total Delivery Time: 5–7 working days (on average)
If your product is already in stock, we ship it on the same day your order is placed (before 4 PM IST).

Shipping Locations
Pan-India shipping is available.
International shipping is also available. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery location and package weight.


Crafted After You Order
Each Hanubal Mudgar is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. We don’t mass-produce—your product is made specifically for you.

🔁 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY


Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged in transit.

Once the return/exchange/cancelation product is received, it will be inspected, and the return/exchange/canceled product will be delivered within 2 days”. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:

The product was damaged during delivery
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
You provide clear photos/videos of the damage as proof
How to Request a Replacement

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
Include your order ID and contact details
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, if your claim is approved.

💡 CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, the product moves into crafting and cannot be cancelled.
